Mousumi Khatun
Chairman

Mousumi Khatun is the Chairman of Cornerstone Holdings Ltd. She was born in Buriyardanga village, Phultala upazila, Khulna district. She obtained her Master’s degree in Bangla with distinction from Khulna B.L. College. From the very beginning, Mrs. Mousumi Khatun had a deep understanding of the real estate aspirations of the people of Bangladesh and was inspired by them. She gave serious thought to how to build people’s trust and establish Cornerstone Holdings Ltd. as a trusted name in the real estate sector. To this day, she continues to focus on delivering apartments quickly and at an affordable cost. She is uncompromising when it comes to quality, and one of her core mottos is: “Quality and commitment first.” Mrs. Mousumi is also a charitable person with a compassionate personality. She is driven by the joys and sorrows of people and takes thoughtful actions accordingly. She works tirelessly to grow and strengthen Cornerstone Holdings Ltd. In her personal life, she is a proud mother of one son, Ayan, and two daughters, Ayat and Aqsa.

Eng MD. Alef Hossain
Managing Director

Engr. Md. Alef Hossain Khan is the Managing Director of Cornerstone Holdings Ltd. He was born in Manikganj in 1981 and passed the S.S.C. examination from Daulatpur P.S. High School and the H.S.C. from Notre Dame College. He completed his B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET). He is also a Member of the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) and Bangladesh Real Estate Club. He is a young, dynamic, committed, and leading figure in this company. Mr. Alef has vast experience in the real estate sector and is renowned for his skill, transparency, commitment, and discipline. He oversees the structural and architectural concepts of all projects. He believes in speed of work, transparent transactions, and empowering the concerned work groups. He encourages his staff by providing training, personal care, and recognition. He also upholds a friendly working environment in the company and maintains it through constant monitoring of work progress. In his personal life, he is the father of two daughters and one son.
